Looking online for another vehicle. Found the vehicle that i was looking for. Contacted the dealership about availability and they said it was still available. A salesperson, Willie, Contacted me about it. I started an online loan application and the salesperson kept me updated about it. Called me and said that I was approved for the loan. The buying process was extremely easy and not stressful. No high pressure sales and no add on fees. What you see is what you pay. Great Dealership. I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

What a great experience I had when I purchased my 2025 Cadillac XT4 SUV from Mullinax Cadillac in Montgomery. Willie, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the perfect vehicle that fit my needs. Willie even took me to lunch because the finance department was running behind. The finance guy, Lamont, was also very helpful and professional. The paperwork process was easy. With Willie and Lamont’s expert help I am now enjoying my new Cadillac. Absolutely phenomenal experience! My wife was looking for something very specific that Mullinax happened to have. Roc got in touch with her after she inquired through cars.com. Being 5 hours away, we figured they might not take us too seriously (other dealerships hadn't) but they were an exception. Roc was fast, attentive, got everything worked up, even stayed an hour after closing just to make this happen for us. We would definitely recommend or return to Mullinax if a vehicle need should ever arise.

Had a great experience with Thomas Jackson as my sales consultant. I was looking for an XT5 and he just didn't take us for a test drive, but he explained many features about the car. Many sale people just let you drive, but he went through all the features and set them up once I agreed to buy the car. Excellent service all around the dealership. Second car I bought from them! Before I arrived to Mullinax I called to be sure they had the vehicle I was interested in. The phone support was amazing! I had an exceptional long wait today because I needed parts and I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe and it took a little while to get them but everything worked out as always.
